Made with whole (FRESH) lemon purée (rind, pulp, juice ), yuzu, 2 types of cheese and raw sugar ....this cake is creamy and moist citrus flavour. 

Available in Small 6", Medium 8" and Large 10" sizes.

Decorated with yuzu slices, yuzu purée and topped with fresh strawberries and or seasonal berries available.

This cake is made with the following ingredients:
Lemon (Yuzu), Lemon zest (Yuzu), Lemon (Yuzu) jam, Raw sugar, Yuzu sake, Strawberries, Biscuits, Butter

Topped with the following garnish: Yuzu jam, Strawberries and Mint leaves
