Ordering

Step 1: All customers have to create an account with Azelia before placing their order. To register for a new account or login to your existing account, click on the user-icon on the top right corner of the page.

Step 2: Click on the categories of your choice at the banner on top of our home page. From the product page, click on the details tab for specification (i.e. ingredients, allergens, storage instructions). Select your ideal cake size and click "Add to Cart". Upon adding the item to your shopping cart, you can choose to continue shopping or checkout for payment.

Step 3: At the checkout page, a summary of your shopping cart will be displayed with details of the items you have added into your cart. Check through the items, quantity and sizes before you proceed. You will be able to delete an item from your shopping cart by clicking on the cross icon next to the product image if you do not wish to proceed with the purchase.

Please note that you will have to type in your Preferred Pick Up Time & Date under the Notes section if you are choosing to self-collect before you checkout. Currently, we accept local pickup at three locations: Lian Huat Building, 100AM Mall, or Woodlands St. 82 Block 879. 

Step 4: If you have a valid promotion or discount code, enter it into the Discount Box at Checkout and click "Apply Discount". The discount will then be reflected in the grand total payable. Please ensure that you have entered your promotion in the right format (caps or small lettering, etc) as it is case sensitive.

Step 5: 
For Local Pickup: Select your preferred pickup location and key in your Billing Address
For Delivery: Key in your Delivery and Billing Address accordingly

Step 6: Read through our Terms & Conditions before proceeding with your order. Upon reviewing them, select your preferred payment mode (Credit Card/Bank Transfer/PayNow).

Payment

Upon confirming your order, you will be directed to our Payment page to proceed with your order. 

For Credit Card: You will be led to the respective secure website for convenient payment. PayPal is not accepted at this moment. Click on "Pay Now" upon entering your credit card details at the confirmation page. You will automatically receive an Order Confirmation email from us upon checking out. Payment will be processed manually within 1-3 business days. Thereafter, a payment confirmation email will be sent to you. 

For Bank Transfer: All bank transfers are to be made to Azelia Pte Ltd through our bank account number POSB 072-031467-0. Please ensure to input your order # in the comments section before proceeding and take a screenshot of the transaction before responding to your order confirmation via email. 

For PayNow: Please scan the QR code below to easily PayNow to Azelia Pte Ltd. Alternatively, you may process payment manually to UEN 202038342K. Please ensure to input your order # in the comments section before proceeding and take a screenshot of the transaction before responding to your order confirmation via email. 

Paid orders will be processed and ready by your preferred date and time.
