In the Spirit of Easter Zucchini Cake

A low-carb, nut and gluten free cake with no refined sugars, topped with lemon glaze and raisins. Available in 350g and 650g.

This cake was made using the following ingredients: All purpose gluten-free flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ground ginger, eggs, sunflower oil, raw sugar, vanilla extract, lemon juice, zucchini, carrots, apple, raisins 

Cream cheese frosting with yogurt and maple syrup.

Care Instructions: All cakes are to be consumed within 2-3 days. Refrigerate uneaten portion in original wrapping or use foil.
