Lemon Pistachio Zucchini Cake

A low-carb, gluten free cake with no refined sugars for a healthier choice, available in 350g and 650g.

This cake was made using the following ingredients: Raw sugar, sunflower oil, eggs, lemon (extract & zest), zucchini, all purposes gluten free flour, chopped pistachios, baking soda, baking powder.

Limoncello is used to moisten cake before decorating. Lemon glaze decoration has icing sugar and lemon juice. Lemon candied slices & additional chopped pistachios added.

Care Instructions: All cakes are to be consumed within 2-3 days. Refrigerate uneaten portion in original wrapping or use foil.
