12 Days of Christmas Fruit Cake

PRE-ORDERS ONLY FOR THIS CAKE -- 7 DAYS LEAD TIME REQUIRED. If fruit mix is out of stock, we will not accept orders unless 2 weeks notice has been given. 

Available in 350g and 650g, with/without nut*.
*Nut-free option is only available for 650g.

This cake was made using the following ingredients: Eggs, sunflower oil, dark brown sugar, gluten-free plain flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, all spice powder, baking powder, baking soda, zucchini, walnuts (for nut options), brandy

Brandy used: French brandy, VSOP -- used in fruit mix and also to moisten cake every 2 days after baked, prior to packing for collection.

Fruit mix: original mix of prunes, apricots, dates, figs, currants, tart cherries, sultanas, cranberries, orange peel, lemon peel, ginger chunks. Per soaked for over 14 days prior to use in baking.

SPECIAL: A vegan (eggless) version of this 12 Days of Christmas fruit cake is available with at least 3 weeks notice. Please note this is only available in 350g size. Zucchini will not be used. Care Instructions: All cakes are to be consumed within 2-3 days. Refrigerate uneaten portion in original wrapping or use foil.
