Dark Chocolate & Strawberry Mousse Cake

Strawberries dipped in chocolate & a glass of champagne – that’s a picture of decadent sophistication. We translated that into a mousse cake – you can provide the champagne!

Our little sophistication features a gluten free chocolate cake layer, lined with medium-large air-flown strawberries (halved) , topped with dark chocolate mousse & ganache. A garnish of dark chocolate rasps finishes this elegant creation. 

Care Instructions: Served chilled, using a ‘heated’ steel knife. Any leftovers must be kept chilled in a good refrigerator using a plastic container and should be consumed within 2-3 days from delivery of cake.
