Raspberry, White Chocolate & Pistachio Mousse Cake

Our fascination with fruit never wans…and the cute Raspberry is our favourite fruit for a mousse cake.

To add on, we have created a pistachio nut base to provide a nutty texture to our creation. Think luscious creamy white chocolate, topped with a light and tart raspberry mousse made with raspberry puree & non-dairy cream, topped with fresh air-flown raspberries, the sophisticated blend of tart & sweet with the added crunch from a nutty pistachio base…this creation throws a whole new twist to what is typically served as a ‘palate cleanser’ at the end of a meal.

Décor & garnish of Raspberry creations are subject to availability of raspberries (fresh) in the local markets/supermarkets. Should we be unable to source fresh raspberries for décor, we reserve the right to decorate & garnish with an appropriate combination of fresh berries.

Care Instructions: Served chilled, using a ‘heated’ steel knife. Any leftovers must be kept chilled in a good refrigerator using a plastic container and should be consumed within 2-3 days from delivery of cake. 

This cake is made with the following ingredients: Home roasted whole pistachios, raspberries, white chocolate, non-diary cream, and gelatin (non-animal).
